MEET CHEF KEITH CEVOLI
Born on Guam. At Home in Texas.
Chef Keith Cevoli created the Original Nuke Paste on Guam in the fall of 1994, inspired by the island’s local peppers and a passion for bold flavor.
From his restaurant on Maui to kitchens in California, Oregon, and Nantucket, Keith brought his signature paste along on a culinary journey spanning more than 30 years.
Today, the Original Nuke Paste calls the beautiful Texas Hill Country home. With over 40 years of professional culinary experience, Keith continues that tradition through Texas Ten and KC’s Food Vault.
